Princess Party

Today We celebrated My niece Oakley's 5Th Birthday I cannot believe she is five, life goes by so fast! This is a picture of her and her daddy writing a message to Hunter. For those of you who didn't get the pleasure of meeting Hunter, He is my Nephew, Oakley's Twin. He died at six months from SIDS. We all got to write special notes on balloons and sent them up to Heaven! We miss you Hunter!

After we went and had a party for Oakley This is the funniest picture of my mother in law she was the hair stylest for the princess party and she looked HOT! she was "Miss Kitty" and she sang songs and had a whole act for the kids. And the princesses of coarse all done with hair nails and make up.

Its a boy!

For those of you who don't know my little sister is prego. She isn't the brightest crayon in the box (ha ha) but I love her! she just didn't remember her birth control! anyway she shouldn't know yet what she is having because she is only 17 weeks along but we have hook ups with my mom working at the hospital so she got to sneak a peek early. Anyway she is having a boy! yeah it will be fun to have a little boy running around for the first time! its just my sister and I and my two girls so none of us even know anything about boys but its sounds easy shorts or pants and t-shirts sounds allot easier then skirts, shorts, pants, dresses, Capri's, jumpers, bows, all the girl stuff the I am use too. I am excited!

Embarrassing Moment

I have alot of these! Today I was in sacrament and Kinley was bugging this little girl and taking off with her princess toys so I very quietly went over to them bent over grabbed Kinley and when I stood up the heel of my shoe was on my skirt and YES my skirt came down! I'm very glad I was toward the back but I know a handful of people got a good laugh.

Mean Aunt

My little sister Darcy did the meanest thing to Bailey last night, so I thought I would share. My mom battered fish for dinner and I made Bailey a plate. She took a big bite thinking it was chicken and spit it out. I said Oh Bailey (laughing) that is fish. Then my sister said "It's Nemo Bailey" It was the saddest thing! Bailey was sobbing! I can't wait for Darcy's baby so I can do the same crap to her.

On the Edge

Ok, It just took me two hours to get Kinley to go to bed!!
I have a confession my kids walk all over me! I have let Kinley sleep in my bed ever since I realized its possible to nurse lying down. So she is used to our bed and Skylar is sick of having no room and so am I. So a few weeks ago I decided Kinley needs to be out. I started by putting her to bed in our bed like normal and then carrying her ever so carefully to her crib and putting her down. Well thats old now there is so much I could get done in that 20-30mins it takes to lie with her. So tonight I put her in her crib she was livid! I tried just sitting by the crib so she knew I was still there, I tried turning a fan on so the nose is the same as my room, I tried everything! Finally I just walked away it only took her five minutes to conk out after that but thats because she had all ready cried all night. So what should I do?
